The Process

We spend hours and hours identifying and reaching out to land owners like yourself, who own land which we feel would be appropriate for development.

The process goes like this:

• We contact you (usually by letter)
• Guide it through the maze that is planning permission.
• You respond by phone, email, text/message and let us know you would be interested in a conversation.
• We chat it through and arrange to come out and take a look at the land.
• Assuming everything stacks up we go away and work out a serious offer.
• We agree an offer for the land and then get to work on the planning permission.

Making contact with us does not bind you to proceed. It is merely a conversation to see if your hopes for the land align with the potential we believe it has.
